Inspired by the Bay Area’s fleeting summer harvest, this limited Collection celebrates apricots, cherries, and passion fruits plucked at perfect ripeness. Our Chocolatiers handcraft three seasonal bonbon varieties, pairing sun-ripened fruits with house-made nut pralinés, blended with our Takyikrom, Tumaco, and Zorzal Comunitario chocolates. Each House Blend chocolate-shelled bonbon features layers of vibrant pâte de fruit and silky gianduja, capturing the brightness and abundance of peak season.
